This page explains what happens to data when you visit aveorstudios.com.

Who we are

This site is run by Aveor Studios Private Limited, based in Mumbai, India. If you have any question about your data, email us at [email protected].

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes standard request information such as your IP address. This is ordinary web-hosting activity and happens on every page.

Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

If you accept on the cookie banner, we load Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how visitors use the pages, including clicks, scrolls and session replays, and it sets cookies to do this. It helps us see what is confusing or broken so we can fix it.

Clarity does not run at all unless you accept. If you decline, or make no choice, it is never loaded and sets no cookies. You can read how Microsoft handles this data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

The teleprompter

The free teleprompter runs entirely in your browser. Any script you type or paste stays on your device, saved in your browser's local storage so you can come back to it. It is not sent to Aveor or to anyone else. Opening a .txt file reads it locally, and downloading your script saves it straight to your device.

Goodbye website builder

The goodbye website builder saves a working copy in your browser. If you choose email sign-in, we use your email address to send a one-time sign-in link and save your draft to your account so you can continue on another device. The link expires after 15 minutes; your sign-in session lasts up to 30 days.

Your cloud draft can include your name, organization, reply email, message choices, personal notes, and envelope prompts. It is stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database and is not publicly visible. You can delete the cloud copy from the builder while signed in; deleting it does not clear a separate browser copy. Contact [email protected] for help with your saved data.

If you publish a page on Aveor, the page content and the email address you choose for replies are stored so the page can stay online and send reply notifications. The published page is public. Visitors’ replies and basic page activity are stored in the same database and are visible only to the account that published the page. Reply notifications are sent through Resend. We do not store visitors’ raw IP addresses for this feature. You can remove a published page and its stored replies from the builder.

Pitching an idea

When you use the pitch form, we collect your name, email address, idea, context, company name and product website if provided, and any PDF deck you upload. The form sends your pitch and deck privately to Aveor’s founder inbox and a separate confirmation to you through Resend. Your uploaded deck is an email attachment; it is not published on the website.

Your form details and email delivery references are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database so we can track submissions and avoid duplicate emails. We also store hashed network and email identifiers to limit automated spam. We use your submission to evaluate your idea and contact you about it. To ask us to remove it, email [email protected].

Job applications

Our QA tester role has an application form on the page. When you submit it we ask for:

The form does not save anything on this website. What you submit is turned into two emails: one to our hiring inbox, and a confirmation to the address you gave so you know it arrived. Both are sent through Resend, our email provider, who process them on our behalf. See the Resend Privacy Policy.

The email to our hiring inbox also records the IP address and country the submission came from. We use that only to tell genuine applications from automated spam.

We use what you send only to evaluate you for that role and to get in touch about it. The emails stay in our hiring inbox. If you would like your application deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove it.
